Hi Beauties,
Holy freaking cow.
I knew this moment in history would be intense. trump’s last gasps, systems breaking down, and loads of unrest, but it’s still been a lot. My heart’s heavy watching the violence and fear unfold. And at the same time, I have felt some hope seeing people rise up in record numbers and getting creative with how they show up.
I’ve also been feeling conflicted. Life is moving fast for me, professionally and personally, and some amazing things are happening. But it’s been hard to hold joy alongside so much pain. Maybe you’ve felt that too?
In the chaos, I’ve been looking for grounding in community. Online, in real life, in quiet corners where people are just doing what they can. Like a Latina dermatologist on TikTok who doesn’t feel safe protesting, so she shares tips on how to deactivate tear gas. Or someone who bought out a food truck’s whole inventory so the workers could go home early and stay safe.
It reminded me: not all activism looks like marching.
Sometimes it’s sharing what you know.
Sometimes it’s kindness.
Sometimes it’s just presence.
Where I Stand
For years, people in service fields were told to stay neutral. Don’t speak about politics. Don’t mention race, religion, or spirituality. But that’s never sat right with me—and it feels literally impossible in times like these. My Aquarian self just can’t co-sign that kind of silence.
As a hypnotherapist, I take an oath and follow the same ethical standards as therapists and social workers. We’re trained under the American Psychological Association (APA), which guides how we work responsibly and ethically. And for the first time, their updated 2024 draft names justice and social justice as core principles of care.
“Psychologists… endeavor to ensure that diverse persons and peoples have equitable access to psychological services and resources… and that services are delivered with accuracy, honesty, and fairness.”
In simple terms: it’s our job to make care accessible, fair, and respectful to everyone—especially those who’ve been left out or harmed by the system.
That’s the kind of work I stand for.
Not lip service. Not neutrality.
Just real space for people to be seen, held, and supported.

Life Update: I'm a Professor Now?!
Remember earlier when I said things were moving fast for me?
Well… I wasn’t kidding.
I’m thrilled (and honestly still a little shocked) to share that I’ve officially joined the faculty at my college, Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), as a part-time associate professor. I’ll be teaching practicum workshops and supporting students as they learn the foundations of hypnotherapy.
The full-circle-ness of it all isn’t lost on me—from being the new student not that long ago to now helping shape new practitioners stepping into the field.
And yes, I’m still a student myself, finishing up my advanced training while juggling two-ish jobs and trying to keep my cats and plants alive. Wild, right?
And yes, I plan to bring all my weird, wonderful, justice-centered magic with me into the classroom.
To Celebrate…
I’m doing two things:
✨ I’m extending the May hypnosis package pricing a little longer because so many of you jumped on it (thank you!) and told your friends.
If you’ve been thinking about working together, this is a great time to say yes.

✨ I’m offering a raffle to win a free package of 3 private hypnosis sessions with me.
